HBO-raad brings together all government-founded universities of applied sciences in the Netherlands (39 universities are currently affiliated to the Association).

The mission of the association is to strengthen the social position of universities of applied sciences. To this end it maintains contacts with a broad range of people and organisations.

HBO-raad is an excellent platform for collaboration and dissemination of information. Furthermore, it also functions as an employer’s organisation.
