The building is located in the European area (upper town), across from the European Parliament and at 200 meters from the Luxembourg train station.
Hotel Information
Reduced hotel rates for conference participants are available at selected hotels. Please reserve your hotel as soon as possible directly with the hotel of your choice using the hotel booking form. We kindly ask the participants to arrange their booking before the deadline indicated in the booking form. After this date, the block bookings will be dropped and availability of rooms and reduced rates cannot be guaranteed.

Networking Dinner
In the evening of Monday, 8 June (19:30 hrs), participants are invited to join a networking dinner in the Renaissance Hotel.

How to register?
To register for the MODERN conference please fill in the registration form.
Confirmation of your registration, including an invoice, will be sent to you by email. Payments must be made within 14 working days from the date of confirmation. They can be made by bank transfer and have to be in Euros (€).
