MODERN joined the Stakeholder Consultation Event held by the European Commission on the 25^th January 2011regarding the modernisation of higher education in Europe.

Mapping the field exercise
MODERN launched a survey on the supply and the demand for HEM programmes.

MODERN online tool
As a result of the mapping the field exercise, MODERN has produced an online tool on short courses and degree programmes in HE management.

Peer learning activities
From the autumn 2009 MODERN has been running peer learning activities for HEIs. Look out for further information on the website.

Conferences
MODERN conferences deal with key topics for the EU modernisation agenda and for Higher Education professionalisation: Governance, Regional Innovation, Internationalisation and Quality Assurance, Funding and Knowledge Transfer.

Specialised executive reports
Special reports are produced on the five conference themes on state-of-the-art knowledge and innovations on university leadership, governance and management issues.
